We have worked with numerous garage owners to assess the condition of the facility and determine ways to extend its useful service life through proper maintenance and repair practices. We also develop remedial designs to support updates to facility traffic control systems, lighting plans, security monitoring, ADA requirements and other features to enhance the garage user experience. In addition to assessments and repairs, ARSEE has served as the structural engineer of record for the new design of several parking facilities including cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete, and post-tensioned facilities both above and below grade.
