Scott Jones, PE,SE President
  Scott serves as President of ARSEE Engineers, joining full time in 1991 after graduating from Purdue University with a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering majoring in Structures. Most of his work has been in the Industrial and Institutional sectors. Projects include expansions to corn refineries, automotive plants and steel mills as well as the IU Graduate School of Business, Charleston Area Medical Center, and Clarian Clinical Lab.  
Frederick Herget, PE
  Joined the firm in 1982 when he graduated from Purdue University with a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering. Early in his career, he became interested in condition assessments, building facades and historic facilities. Over the last 30 years, he has investigated and developed repair and/or renovation programs for several hundred working on such projects as the Indiana Statehouse, Murat Theatre, Indiana Soldiers’ and Sailors’ Monument, George Rogers Clark National Monument, and President Benjamin Harrison’s home. Over 75 of his projects are listed on the National Register of Historic Places including 11 of which are identified as National Landmarks. He enjoys golf, fishing, and spending time with his wife and four children.  
Allen Pulley
  Al has 25 years of experience with Arsee Engineers in construction/engineering. He has 18 years of experience specializing in the areas of product development, testing, sales, and trouble shooting. Al develops, coordinates, and executes condition survey programs to document as-built configurations, investigates conditions of various structural and building envelope components to collect data on in-service failures for analysis. He develops remedial repair plans for construction and works closely with contractors implementing repair plans and specifications. Al has worked with a variety of clients such as churches, schools, hospitals, retail establishments, office buildings, prisons, universities and industrial clients. He also works with property managers and private owners on new and historic structures.  
John Seest, PE
  John graduated from Purdue University with a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering in 1988. He then studied music at Indiana University and worked building pipe organs until joining Arsee Engineers in 1991. John has contributed to a wide range of projects, primarily in the historical, industrial, and commercial areas. Additionally, he has served as an officer for the Indiana Structural Engineers Association and the local Structural Engineering Institute of the American Society of Civil Engineers. John is a member of the Construction Specifications Institute and the American Concrete Institute. John is also active in many community organizations involving church, music, and folk dance in the Indianapolis area.
